Imam Ali (AS) said, The peak of [all] merits is controlling anger and eradicating lustful desires.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : رَأْسُ الفَضائِلِ مُلْكُ الغَضَبِ وَ إماتَةُ الشَّهْوَةِ
