4. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ya’qub Yazid from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from Fulan al-Misriy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Raisin of Taef strengthens nerves, removes troubles and makes one’s breath pleasant.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ فُلَانٍ الْمِصْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
الزَّبِيبُ الطَّائِفِيُّ يَشُدُّ الْعَصَبَ وَ يَذْهَبُ بِالنَّصَبِ وَ يُطَيِّبُ النَّفَسَ .
