3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr who has said the following
“A man from Egypt narrated to me that abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Raisins strengthen nerves, dispels illness and make one’s breathe pleasant.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ مِصْرَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
الزَّبِيبُ يَشُدُّ الْعَصَبَ وَ يَذْهَبُ بِالنَّصَبِ وَ يُطَيِّبُ النَّفَسَ .
