Imam Ali (AS) said, There are three things by which the intellects of people are tested: wealth, authority and adversity.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : ثَلاثٌ يُمْتَحَنُ بِها عُقُولُ الرِّجالِ هُنَّ المالُ وَ الوِلايَةُ وَالمُصيبَةُ
