When asked what he meant by this, he replied, 'Showing off. عن رسول اللّه (صَلَّيَ اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ): إنّ أخوَفَ ما أخافُ علَيكُمُ الشِّركَ الأصغرَ. قالوا وما الشِّركُ الأصغَرُ يا رسولَ اللّهِ ؟ قالَ: الرياءُ .
