Imam al-Sadiq (AS) said, ‘It is prohibited for your hearts to experience the sweetness of faith until they abstain from this world [i.e. its pleasures].
الإمامُ الصّادقُ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : حرامٌ على قلوبِكُم أنْ تعرِفَ حَلاوةَ الإيمانِ حتّى تَزهَدَ في الدّنيا .
