Imam Sadiq (a.s) quoted on the authority of his grandfather (a.s) on the authority of God's Prophet (a.s)
“Whenever you repent, God the Almighty will be pleased just as you get happy when you find something that you have lost.”
عن أبي عبد الله عن آبائه (عليهم السلام) قال
قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): إن الله جل وعلا يفرح بتوبة عبده إذا تاب، كما يفرح أحدكم بضالته إذا وجدها.
