۞
Imam Baqir (a.s) said that God the Almighty said: “I am the only God, and there is no other god besides Me. I am the King of the kings. I have full control over the hearts of the kings. I can make the kings kind-hearted towards whoever obeys Me, and can make the kings bother whoever disobeys Me. Beware, and do not waste your time swearing at the kings. Rather turn in repentance towards Me, so that I make their hearts soft towards you.”
