Imam Sadiq (a.s) quoted on the authority of the Prophet of God (a.s)
“Forgive since it will cause you to attain honor. Forgive each other so that God honors you.”
عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) قال
قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): عليكم بالعفو، فإن العفو لا يزيد العبد إلا عزا، فتعافوا يعزكم الله.
