Hadith.5722 - Zurah narrated from Samaah from Abu Abdullah (as) who said
I asked Imam (as) whether a Muslim can inherit from a polytheist.
Imam (as) replied: "Yes, but a polytheist does not inherit from a Muslim."
5722 - وَ رَوَى زُرْعَةُ عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْمُسْلِمِ هَلْ يَرِثُ اَلْمُشْرِكَ فَقَالَ "نَعَمْ فَأَمَّا اَلْمُشْرِكُ فَلاَ يَرِثُ اَلْمُسْلِمَ ".
