Hadith.3808 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abi Walad, from Abu Abdullah (as), and others from Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as)
"There is no harm in paying a broker's fee. He only buys for people day after day for a specified amount. He is just like a hired worker."
3808 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَلاَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ وَ غَيْرِهِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"لاَ بَأْسَ بِأَجْرِ اَلسِّمْسَارِ إِنَّمَا هُوَ يَشْتَرِي لِلنَّاسِ يَوْماً بَعْدَ يَوْمٍ بِشَيْءٍ مُسَمًّى إِنَّمَا هُوَ مِثْلُ اَلْأَجِيرِ ".
