Hadith.4514 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan, from Abu Abdillah (as), who said
"A woman has no authority, alongside her husband, to emancipate (a slave), give charity, make a bequest, give a gift, or make a vow concerning her wealth without her husband's permission, except in matters of Hajj, Zakat, honoring her parents, or maintaining ties with her relatives."
