Imam (as) said: "Fast the first one, for you may not live to see the second." 1799 - وَ رُوِيَ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ اَلْعَالِمُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : عَنْ خَمِيسَيْنِ يَتَّفِقَانِ فِي آخِرِ اَلْعَشْرِ فَقَالَ «صُمِ اَلْأَوَّلَ فَلَعَلَّكَ لاَ تَلْحَقُ اَلثَّانِيَ ».
