Hadith.1740 - Imam (as) said: "There is no (valid) charity while a relative is in need."
1740 - وَ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: «لاَ صَدَقَةَ وَ ذُو رَحِمٍ مُحْتَاجٌ ».
