2. My father narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl ibn Bazī’, from Mansūr ibn Yūnus, from Sulaymān servant of Ťirbāl, and from others, who said
Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said: Giving one DIRHAM as charity in Kūfah is equal to giving two hundred Dirhams as charity elsewhere, and praying two Rak’ah in Kūfah is equal to praying one hundred Rak’ah (elsewhere).
2 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ يُونُسَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بن [زائد مَوْلَى طِرْبَالٍ وَ غَيْرِهِ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) نَفَقَةُ دِرْهَمٍ بِالْكُوفَةِ تُحْسَبُ بِمِائَتَيْ [بِمِائَةِ] دِرْهَمٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ وَ رَكْعَتَانِ فِيهَا تُحْسَبُ بِمِائَةِ رَكْعَةٍ
