5. Abū Muḥammad Hārūn ibn Mūsā Al-Tal’ukbari narrated to me from Abī ‘Ali Muḥammad ibn Hammām ibn Suhayl, from Aḥmad ibn Mābundād, from Aḥmad ibn Mu’āfā Al-Tha’labi – who was from Ra`s Al-‘Ayn, from ‘Ali ibn Ja’far Al-Humāni, who said
I heard ‘Ali ibn Muḥammad Al-‘Askari (Imam Hādi (a.s.)) say: Those who leave their homes going toward the Ziyārah of Ḥusain (a.s.) and go to the Euphrates (River) and perform Ghusl with its water will be registered by Allāh as those who have achieved salvation. And once they say Salām to Abī ‘Abdillāh (Imam Ḥusain (a.s.)) they will be registered as the Winners. After they finish their prayers, an angel will come to them and say, “Verily the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) conveys his Salām to you and tells you that your sins have been forgiven and that you should start again with good deeds.”
