1. Muḥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Razzāz Al-Qurashi narrated to me from his uncle Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl ibn Bazī’, from Abī Ismā’īl Al-Sarrāj, from Yaḥyā ibn Mu’ammar Al-‘Aťťār, from Abī Basīr, who said
Abū Ja’far (Imam Bāqir (a.s.)) said: Mankind, Jinn, birds, and the beasts all shed tears and cried over (the killing of) Ḥusain ibn ‘Ali (a.s.). The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: My father and all of my scholars, from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Abī Khalaf, and from Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā Al-‘Aťťār, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Muḥamad ibn Ismā’īl, from Abī Ismā’īl Al-Sarrāj, from Yaḥyā ibn Mu’ammar Al-‘Aťťār, from Abī Basīr, from Abī Ja’far (a.s.).
1 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ الْقُرَشِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي خَالِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ السَّرَّاجِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ الْعَطَّارِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ
بَكَتِ الْإِنْسُ وَ الْجِنُّ وَ الطَّيْرُ وَ الْوَحْشُ عَلَى الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ (ع) حَتَّى ذَرَفَتْ دُمُوعُهَا وَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) وَ جَمَاعَةُ مَشَايِخِي عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْعَطَّارِ جَمِيعاً عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بِإِسْنَادِهِ مِثْلَهُ
