Imam Ali (AS) said, The one upon whom the blessings of Allah are abundant, the peoples needs towards him also abound (so if he fulfils with it what Allah, the Glorified, has made obligatory for him, then he makes it last, and if he refuses what Allah, the Glorified, has made obligatory from it, then he has exposed it to cessation).
