Imam Ali (AS) said, Destiny holds sway over the expectations [and plans of man] until death occurs in the [execution of his own] plans.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : يَغْلِبُ (تَذِلُّ الأُمُورُ لِلْمَقاديرِ) المِقْدارُ عَلَى التَّقْديرِ حَتّى يَكُونَ الحَتْفُ فِي التَّدْبيرِ
