Imam Ali (AS) said, It is a right upon the king to govern himself before his soldiers.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : مِنْ حَقِّ المَلِكِ أنْ يَسُوسَ نَفْسَهُ قَبْلَ جُنْدِهِ
