hadith 8436
Imam Ali (AS) said, Indeed the preference of speech over action is a shortcoming, and the preference of action over speech is indeed a beauty and an adornment.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إنَّ فَضْلَ القَوْلِ عَلَى الفِعْلِ لَهُجْنَةٌ وَ إنَّ فَضْلَ الفِعْلِ عَلَى القَوْلِ لَجَمالٌ وَ زينَةٌ
