Imam Ali (AS) said, When anger comes over you, then overcome it with forbearance and dignity.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إذا تَسَلَّطَ عَلَيْكَ الغَضَبُ فَاغْلِبْهُ بِالحِلْمِ وَ الوَقارِ
