Imam Ali (AS) said, The intellect is an inborn quality that increases through knowledge and experience.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلعَقْلُ غَريزَةٌ تَزِيدُ بِالعِلْمِ وَ التَّجارِبِ
