Imam Ali (AS) said, From the people, the one who is most cognizant of Allah is the one who is most forgiving to the people, even if he does not find them having any excuse.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : أعْرَفُ النّاسِ بِاللّهِ أعْذَرُهُمْ لِلنّاسِ وَ إنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ لَهُمْ عُذْراً
