Imam Ali (AS) said, Being hasty before [possessing the] ability is part of foolishness.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : مِنَ الحُمْقِ العَجَلَةُ قَبْلَ الإمْكانِ
