Imam Ali (AS) said, Matters come to pass by divine decree, not by [the] planning [of human beings].
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلاُمُورُ بالتَّقديرِ لا بِالتَّدبيرِ
