Imam Ali (AS) said, Few are those who increase their consumption of food and dont fall ill [because of it].
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : قَلَّ مَنْ أكْثَرَ مِنَ الطَّعامِ فَلَمْ يَسْقَمْ
