Imam Ali (AS) said, One who discloses his suffering to the people torments himself.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : مَنْ كَشَفَ ضُرَّهُ لِلنّاسِ عَذَّبَ نَفْسَهُ
