hadith 4927
Imam Ali (AS) said, Consultation is [a means of] ease for you and a difficulty for others.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلمُشاوَرَةُ راحَةٌ لَكَ وَ تَعَبٌ لِغَيْرِكَ
