Imam Ali (AS) said, Allah, the Glorified, does not open the door of gratitude for anyone and then close the door of increase [in blessings].
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : ما كانَ اللّهُ سُبْحانَهُ لِيَفْتَحَ عَلى أحَد بابَ الشُّكْرِ وَ يُغْلِقَ عَلَيْهِ بابَ المَزيد
