Imam Ali (AS) said, Indeed this world is an abode known for [its] tribulation and fraught with disloyalty. Its states do not last and those who inhabit it do not remain safe. Life in it is dispraised and security in it is non-existent.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إنَّ الدُّنيا دارٌ بالبَلاءِ مَعْرُوفَةٌ وَ بالغَدْرِ مَوصُوفَةٌ لاتَدومُ أحْوالُها وَلا يَسْلَمُ نُزَّالُها اَلعَيْشُ فيها مَذْمُومٌ وَ الأمانُ فيها مَعْدُومٌ
