Imam Ali (AS) said, It is from ineptness to make haste before [having] ability, and to act slowly after getting the opportunity.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : مِنَ الخُرْقِ العَجَلَةُ قَبْلَ الإمْكانِ وَ الأناةُ بَعْدَ إصابَةِ الفُرصَةِ
