Imam Ali (AS) said, Being generous with power [and fulfilling the needs of the people with it] is the alms-tax of power.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : بَذْلُ الجاهِ زَكوةُ الْجاهِ
