Imam Ali (AS) said, As the companionship prolongs, the [mutual] respect is affirmed.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إذا طالَتِ الصُّحْبَةُ تأكَّدَتِ الحُرمَةُ
