Imam Ali (AS) said, The adversity is one, but if you become anxious it becomes twofold.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلمُصيبَةُ واحِدَةٌ وَ إنْ جَزَعَتْ صارَتْ اِثْنَتَيْنِ
