Imam Ali (AS) said, Verily if you allow vain desire rule over you, it will deafen you, blind you and destroy you.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إنَّكُمْ إنْ أمَّرْتُمْ عَلَيْكُمُ الهَوى أصَمَّكُمْ وَ أعْماكُمْ وَأرْداكُمْ
