4. It is transmitted from Al-Sadiq (AS) that he said: The Prayer [al-Salat] is the Waistband [hujzah] of Allah. In other words, so long as one performs his prayers, his prayers will prevent him from disobedience. Allah, the Mighty and High, said
“surely prayer keeps (one) away from indecency and evil.”
