4-95 Ja’far ibn Ali ibn al-Hassan al-Kufy - may God be pleased with him - narrated that his grandfather ibn Ali ibn Abdullah ibn al-Muqayrih al-Kufy narrated that his grandfather Al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Abdullah ibn al-Muqayrih quoted Ali ibn Hisan, on the authority of his uncle Abdul Rahman ibn Kasir al-Hashemi that Aba Abdullah as-Sadiq (MGB) said, “
When there is a lot of adultery, there will be an earthquake. When a lot of people do not pay the alms-tax, quadrupeds will die. When the judges issue unjust decrees, there will be no rain. When the safety of the unbelievers who are under the protection of Islam is denied, unbelievers will defeat the Muslims.”
