13-4 My father, may God be pleased with him, narrated to us, he said: Muḥammad b. Yaḥyā al-ʿAṭṭār narrated to us; from Aḥmad b. Muḥammad b. ʿĪsā; from al-Ḥasan b. ʿAlī al-Washshāʾ; from ʿAbd Allāh b. Sinān; from Abū ʿAbd Allāh (ʿas), who said
"When a boy reaches the age of majority at thirteen years and begins his fourteenth year, what is mandatory for those who have had wet dreams is mandatory for him, whether or not he has had a wet dream. From this point, his sins are recorded against him; his good deeds are recorded for him; and all of his wealth becomes permissible to him, unless he is disabled or mentally incompetent."
