19. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from al-Hassan from certain persons of his people who has said the following
“About the case of a woman who accuses her husband who is speechless, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘They are separated from each other and he is not lawful for her forever.’”
عَنْهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فِي امْرَأَةٍ قَذَفَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَ هُوَ أَصَمُّ قَالَ
يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهَا وَ بَيْنَهُ وَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ أَبَداً .
