3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from al-Jamuraniy from al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn abu Hamzah from Zur’ah from Sanaa ‘ah who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘There are many kinds of Suht (unlawful and filthy). Of such matters is income from cupping on the basis of a condition (for payment), payment for indecent acts of (sexual) relation and payment for wine. Accepting a bribe is however, disbelief in Allah, most Great.’”
