12. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ya’qub ibn Yazid from certain persons of our people who have said the following

12- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
إِذَا خَطَبَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَدَخَلَ بِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَبْلُغَ تِسْعَ سِنِينَ فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَمْ تَحِلَّ لَهُ أَبَداً.
