3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn ‘Isma‘il from Safwan ibn Yahya from Mansur ibn Hazim who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman who experiences Hayd (menses); if she can assume the state of Ihram when she cannot perform Salat (prayer). He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, she can do so when it is time for assuming the state of Ihram.’”
3ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) الْمَرْأَةُ الْحَائِضُ تُحْرِمُ وَهِيَ لا تُصَلِّي قَالَ نَعَمْ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ الْوَقْتَ فَلْتُحْرِمْ.
