`Ali b. Ahmad b. Musa al-Daqqaq (rh) narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. Abi `Abdillah al-Kufi narrated to us. He said: Salih b. Abi Hammad narrated to me. He said: Muhammad b. Isma`il b. Baziq narrated to me from Muhammad b. Sinan from al-Mufaddal b. `Umar. He said
Al-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad (as) said: If Allah wishes goodness to an outcast, He gives her a merciful ruler, and appoints a just vizier for him.
