Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘O brokers! Curb your use of oaths, for they promote the commodity while obliterating the profit.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): يا مَعاشرَ السَّماسِرَةِ، أقِلّوا الأيْمانَ، فإنّها مَنفَقَةٌ للسِّلْعَةِ، مَمْحَقَةٌ للرِّبْحِ.
