Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘He manifests the wonders of His management for the onlookers, but by virtue of the exaltedness of His Might He is Hidden from the imagination of the thinkers.
الإمامُ عليٌ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): الظّاهِرُ بِعَجائبِ تَدبيرِهِ لِلنّاظِرينَ ، والباطِنُ بِجَلالِ عِزَّتِهِ عَن فِكْرِ المُتَوَهِّمِينَ.

Imam al-Rida (AS) said, ‘He is manifest though indiscernible through direct contact; He is evident though unapprehended by vision; He is hidden though not through withdrawal.
الإمامُ الرِّضا (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): ظاهِرٌ لا بِتأويلِ المُباشَرَةِ ، مُتَجَلٍّ لا بِاستِهلالِ رُؤيَةٍ ، باطِنٌ لا بِمُزايَلَةٍ .
