Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘Self-restraint in times of desire and fear is one of the best manners.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): ضَبْطُ النّفْسِ عندَ الرَّغَبِ والرَّهَبِ مِن أفضلِ الأدبِ .
