hadith 513

Imam Sadiq (a.s) quoted on the authority of God's Prophet (a.s)

“Do not seek the flaws of the believers, since then God will seek out your flaws, and cause you public disgrace even if you are at home.”

عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) قال

قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): لا تطلبوا عثرات المؤمنين، فإن من تتبع عثرات أخيه تتبع الله عثرته، ومن تتبع الله عثرته فضحه ولو في جوف بيته.

hadith 515

Imam Sadiq (a.s) said: “Whoever blames a believer for committing a sin will not die until he commits that same sin.”

وقال: من عير مؤمنا بذنب لم يمت حتى يركبه.
