hadith 162

Imam Baqir (a.s) narrated that when Imam Ali (a.s) was questioned about faith, he said

“God has established faith on four pillars: perseverance, certitude, justice and Jihad.”

عن الباقر (عليه السلام) قال

سئل علي (عليه السلام) عن الإيمان، فقال: إن الله جعل الإيمان على أربع دعائم - أو قال: الإيمان مبني على أربع دعائم -: على الصبر، واليقين، [والعدل]، والجهاد.
