Imam Ali (AS) said, The treacherous person is one who busies himself with other than his self and his ‘today is worse than his ‘yesterday.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : الخائِنُ مَنْ شَغَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِغَيرِ نَفْسِهِ وَ كانَ يَوْمُهُ شَرّاً مِنْ أمْسِهِ

Imam Ali (AS) said, The enticer [towards deviance] and the treacherous one are alike.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : المُزيعُ وَ الخائِنُ سَواءٌ
